Our dedicated and talented Venue Decorator is Sam. All of our wedding packages include Sam's eye for design and flair to ensure your day is how you dream it. Sam's first priority is to help you to create a lifetime of cherished memories by working together to ensure you leave that everlasting impression on your wedding guests, but in the process we ensure that our planning is flexible, relaxed and fun.

Once you booking is confirmed, Sam will be in touch with you. You can either visit her showroom in Byker or you can meet at Backworth Hall and decide how you want your room to look. We hold two private viewing events each year designed just for the couples to come and see the venue dressed and for you to choose your style, colours and scheme.
