Beef bourguinon - Slow cooked chuck steak in mushroom, thyme & smoked bacon stew.

Slow cooked lamb shank with rich thyme & rosemary sauce.

Chicken chasseur - Chicken breast roasted with chestnut mushrooms, shallots, tarragon and rich tomato sauce.

Slow cooked pork shoulder, roast apple & rich cider sauce.
